The Local 364 Banquet sales office is open from 7:30AM-4PM Monday through Friday or by appointment if needed. You will work with one of our banquet specialists during all stages of your event planning.
We are able to hold your space for 12 months in advance of your event, based on availability. A signed contract and 50% non-refundable deposit will act as your commitment to Local 364.
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to hold your date of event. The deposit is applied directly to your rental fee. For events reserved less than 60 days before the event, a full payment must be made to secure the reservation. We accept cash, personal checks, cashier's checks, and certified checks. For your convenience, we can also set up a payment plan. All final payments are due 60 days prior to your scheduled event!
All music, bands or DJ’s must stop performance at 11:45pm for Saturday events, 10:45pm for all other nights unless a mutual agreement between Local 364 and the host has been predetermined. Local 364 reserves the right to control or define the tolerance of music level.
The rental of the 6,000 square foot banquet hall will include:
Seating for up to 325 - with your choice of layout (round & banquet tables available)

All displays and decorations proposed by the patrons will be subject to approval. Any property of the guests brought on the premises will be at the sole risk of patron, IBEW 364 Banquet Facility will not be liable for any loss or damage to any such property for any reason.
All open flame type decorations are prohibited for use anywhere on the property.
All candles used as decorations must be placed inside an appropriate glass container, and clear of any obstructions.
All decorations and display's are subject to immediate removal if deemed to be inappropriate or offensive to any guest or staff.
Any decorations requiring an electrical outlet must be coordinated with the Banquet Manager prior to set up. Only grounded commercial grade cords, extensions, or outlet bars are acceptable. All cords must be securely taped to the floor from the beginning to the end of the cord runs.
Glitter is not permitted.
Items are to be removed off of the IBEW 364 Banquet Facility property by the client at the conclusion of the event unless previous arrangements have been made with the Banquet Manager. Anything left at the conclusion of the event will be considered refuse and will be discarded.
Room Layout -
Our staff will work with you to decide the best and most accommodating layout for your event. For weddings, we can make suggestions on the best placement for your bridal, cake, gift, appetizer, and buffet tables.
Tables and Chairs -
We have both round and banquet style tables available. Round tables will seat up to 8 people. Banquet tables will sit up to 10 and are 8 feet in length.
We have risers available to use at no additional charge. The risers are to be used to elevate a bridal table for weddings or the band/DJ.
Audio Visual Equipment -
The following equipment is available at no additional charge.
Large screen in banquet room to use for slide shows, homemade DVDs, etc...
Flat screen TV in entry way (preferred in SD format)
Free standing podium with microphone
Catering, Food and Drink
NO outside food or beverages are permitted with the exception of Wedding Cakes
Final head count must be provided 14 days prior to the event.
Table Linens / Table Goods -
Full linen and china service is available at an additional charge.
China is clear in color with a dinner plate, salad plate, water glass, wine glass, champagne glass, coffee mug, and stainless steel flatware.
Internet Connection -
IBEW 364 Banquet Hall offers broadband internet connection via wireless access point.
This is a complementary service offered during your event. If requested, you will be given a key code to access this service the day of your event.

The State of Illinois and Winnebago County has granted the IBEW 364 Banquet Facility the right to hold a liquor license and is responsible for complying with its regulations. For that reason, neither the lessee, nor their invited guests, will be allowed to bring in ANY alcoholic beverages onto the premises of the IBEW 364 Banquet Facility. We hold the exclusive right to refuse service to any guest.
This is an approach in which your guests pay for their own drinks. Each drink is charged based on the type of beverage served. Drink pricing ranges from $1.50 for a soda to $7.00 for a drink using top shelf brands of alcohol. Tax is included in the purchase of cash bar drinks.. There will be a $50.00 charge per bartender. One bartender per 100 guests.
Host Bar/Open Bar
Host bars are charged at a per person fee which is determined by the package that you request.
Cash Bar with Complementary
In this case you would purchase a certain number of barrels of beer, bottles of wine, or bottles of champagne, at no additional charge to your guests. Any request for mixed drinks would be the responsibility of the consumer to purchase.
You may choose to provide soda to your guests at no additional charge to them. All soda would be served over the bar at a fee of $1.50 Per Person. (Coke Products)
Water Service & Coffee Service
Water service includes a clear carafe with ice water to be placed on each table.
Coffee service is provided at an additional charge.
